Who we are
RunnersVibe ([company name], [address], registered in the Netherlands under [KvK number]) runs runnersvibe.com and the RunnersVibe YouTube channel. Contact: hello@runnersvibe.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up for the Friday Shoe Email or your race plan.
- Your race goal (goal time, distance, pace and unit), only when you ask for your race plan, so we can send you a plan that fits.
The pace calculator and the Carbon Race Sheet work in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us unless you sign up.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email address to send you the newsletter and your race plan. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you sign up and can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Who processes your data for us
- Beehiiv sends our emails and stores the subscriber list. Beehiiv is based in the United States; the transfer is covered by the safeguards Beehiiv offers under EU law.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps short-lived technical logs to keep it secure.
We do not sell or share your address with anyone else, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site. Our fonts are served from our own site, not from Google.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. After that we delete your address and race details within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@runnersvibe.com. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
